Cut all the vegetables in to small pieces.
Fry peanuts, til with out oil until they split or turned into brown color. Grind them into
fine powder.
Heat oil in a deep bottemed pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera, urid dal, channa dal, curry
leaves, hing powder. Add ginger garlic paste.
Add onions and tamotoes to it. Saute them for a while.
Add capsicum pieces. Add all the masala powders. Add tamarind paste to it. Add the grinded
powder to it. Add one-cup water and mix well.
Cover it and cook with low flame for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
