Capsicum Gravy

Ingredients:

1 green capsicum
1 red capsicum
1 tomato
2 green chilies
1 small onion
1 tea spoon peanuts
1 tea spoon white til
1-teaspoon tamarind paste or 2 tea spoons lemon juice
1 tea spoon each ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon red chili powder
½ tea spoon sugar
2 tea spoons dhania- jeera powder
1 tea spoon garam masala
½ tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tab spoon oil
1 tea spoon mustard seeds
½ tea spoon cumin seeds or jeera
6 curry leaves
Hing powder

Procedure:

Cut all the vegetables in to small pieces.
Fry peanuts, til with out oil until they split or turned into brown color. Grind them into fine powder.
Heat oil in a deep bottemed pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera, urid dal, channa dal, curry leaves, hing powder. Add ginger garlic paste.
Add onions and tamotoes to it. Saute them for a while.
Add capsicum pieces. Add all the masala powders. Add tamarind paste to it. Add the grinded powder to it. Add one-cup water and mix well.
Cover it and cook with low flame for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
